We handle EU261 claims for flights across the EU and EEA. For Dutch-connected flights we can litigate directly; for other European flights we apply maximum out-of-court pressure and involve the relevant national authority.

We handle EU261 claims for any flight departing from an EU/EEA airport, and for flights arriving in the EU/EEA operated by an EU/EEA airline — across all European countries. For flights connected to the Netherlands we litigate before the Dutch cantonal court; for other EU/EEA flights we apply formal demands and complaints to the relevant national aviation authority. We are not a financial institution. Collecting EU261 compensation is not a financial service under the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft), so no AFM licence exists for it and we hold none. What does apply to us: consumer law (supervised by the ACM) and the GDPR (supervised by the Dutch Data Protection Authority).
Compliance with EU261 by airlines is enforced in the Netherlands by the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT). You can go there yourself, free of charge, without us.
